In achieving success as a Baltic IT leader, Alna does not see itself as standing on a pedestal above society. Whilst more than proud of our achievements, we see ourselves as part of the society in which we operate and, thus, believe we have a duty to participate and commit ourselves. Together with our employees, we actively work for positive change in our communities. From the onset of our activities, we have not only participated, but also been active initiators, of such public ventures as Knowledge Economy Forum, Window to the Future Alliance, Sunrise Valley.

Of the causes we support, we particularly focus on the most socially vulnerable groups, including persons in need of social aid, the homeless and children in care. At the same time, through programs with the Academy of Music and Theatre of Lithuania amongst others, we support talented children, giving scholarships and grants allow them to blossom in their chosen arenas.
