Cooperation in R&D
The Alna group cooperates closely with major universities and other academic institutions, initiating projects and helping the institutes to train specialists. The innovation centre F1, established in 2004, has already started several unique research activities in Lithuania, and the usefulness of its ideas have been recognised by European Union institutions.
With universities and academic institutes, we see ourselves as a partner in the integration of science and business, implementing projects that not only benefit academia, but society as a whole. Additionally, we have the ability to help academic bodies in various scientific ventures funded through the EU. As for university students themselves, we have initiated various projects to support and develop their budding talents. One of the most renowned was Greenhouse, a special training course for talented university students. Learning and applying their practical skills together with experienced Alna group experts, students become acquainted with the latest labour market requirements and trends. |
