1989
• Alna started as a software company serving 300 clients across the present-day CIS
1992
• The company starts selling computers
1994
• Alna Technical Centre UAB was established, providing IT support services
1995
• Alna Training Centre opens, offering IT training services • Success! The first software development contract form Western Europe
1996
• Navision Software LT UAB was founded, creating an enterprise recource planning system business in Lithuania
1998
• Registered on the Lithuanian Stock Exchange (Alna AB)
1999
• Signed a master franchise agreement with Office 1 Superstores International and founded Alna Office Systems UAB • The Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 was implemented
2001
• Infovita UAB was acquired, a leading IT company in the Klaipėda region
2002
• Another new member to the Alna group Descriptas UAB was acquired, a leading IT infrastructure solution provider. • As a strategic move, Navision Software LT UAB was sold to the Microsoft Corporation
2003
• In partnership with Microlink, one of the largest IT company in the Baltic States, Alna established DocLogix UAB, a joint stock company to develop document management systems.
2004
• Alna Infrastructure Solutions UAB was founded • Alna business lines were focused into separate legal entities: - Alna Business Solutions UAB enterprise application solutions - Alna Software UAB customized software solutions - Alna Intelligence UAB IT consulting and services • Unitree SIA, a Latvian IT company, joined the Alna group, the first member from a neighbouring Baltic State • Alna takes full ownership of DocLogix UAB, buying out the shares from Microlink. • Alna Software attained level 2 of CMM and achieved certification by the European Software Institute, a worldwide acknowledged specialist in software development process assessment • Alna Innovation Center (F1) established.
2005
• Alna Training Centre, a subsidiary business, was sold, enabling the company to concentrate on its goals of furthering its leading position in its main business lines • Strengthening the Baltic States as a home market, Alna took a controlling stake in PerSimplex OU, a leading ERP solutions supplier in Estonia.
2006
• Expanding to neighbouring countries, Alna Business Solutions established corporation in Poland. The company became the first Alna Group company in Poland. • Estonian IT company, PerSimplex OU, acquired by Alna Business Solutions, completely integrated into Alna Group - PerSimplex OU changes its name to Alna Business Solutions OU.
2007
• Alna Group completed sale transaction of its Daily Service group.The new owner of Daily Service offices‘ supply group is the Icelandic investor.
2008
• In order to strengthen its international positions, Alna Business Solutions has acquired Polish company Ensofcon. • Alna Business Solutions became UCMS Emea Group’s exclusive partner in Lithuania.
