Following our company’s strategic goals to become leader in the Baltic States, to compete successfully and expand to other EU countries, in March, 2005 Alna Business Solutions jointed its forces with another strong player on the IT market, Estonian IT company PerSimplex OU. In May, 2006 PerSimplex OU changed its title to Alna Business Solutions OU. This step which was planned prior to the acquisition of the company was made right away, after instilling mutual corporate culture, standartization of procedure, and fine-tuning of internal communication.

Further expanding to neighbouring countries, in April, 2006 Alna Business Solutions established a subsidiary in Poland. The company became the first Alna Group company in Poland.
