It is with pleasure that we offer internships to students that are creative, smart, highly motivated and have interest in IT. Students are provided with various opportunities according their knowledge and motivation.

Our internship program is flexible and designed to match the skills and characteristics of students.
It is possible to choose from three types of internship – ‘clerk’, ‘assistant’ and ‘virtual’.

Clerks are viewed as future specialists
If you are creative, seek personal development and have an interest in IT and business processes, then this is the course for you! During their internship, clerks work in a specific department and are assigned defined tasks to be carried out under the supervision and support of an Alna specialist.

Assistants are students on internships that work one-on-one with an Alna specialist and function very much as that specialist’s right hand person. If you are a responsible, hard-working and active student, who can show initiative, then the position of assistant awaits you! Tasks are set, supervised and supported by that specialist, operating in the role of a manager. This approach enables the student to learn from the inside all the practical knowledge and encourages the successful implementation and development of skills.

Virtual colleagues create their own work environment, they are assigned tasks by our specialists and then complete these at home via the internet and personal computer. Students apply their knowledge to successfully complete the tasks individually or in teams – each task requires two-five students and falls under the supervision of one or two Alna specialists. This practical approach is highly valued as it fosters the all important skills of developing innovation and teamwork, both crucial in the modern IT sphere. Alna is particularly appreciative of students showing promise in these fields.
