Challenge

Nord/LB started to modernise its operations by changing its organisational structure, optimising the workflow of internal procedures and processes and improving its personnel management. To implement the modernisation program, the bank required the effective support from a specialised system.

Solution

Our company runs the largest Microsoft Business Solutions Centre in the Baltic States and is the first company in the region to be certified with the Microsoft Business Solutions Partner Implementation Methodology.

Having proven strength in assisting clients in the financial sector, we implemented at Nord/LB the MS Navision Payroll and HRM add-on module developed by our BSC specialists. The system implementation was based on On-Target methodology.

The MS Navision Payroll and HRM module cover the following functions:

To enable the most effective utilisation of the system, our specialists integrated the Payroll and HRM modules with other systems at the bank. Nord/LB is now able to perform automatic money transfer from the bank’s account to corresponding employees’ accounts.

Integration of the modules with the Advanced Knowledge Management system allows the easy and quick access to employees’ phone numbers, positions and other common information. All the data is stored in the Payroll module, but due to high-level security requirements, the system has limited accessibility.
