3-years lasting project for implementation of financial accounting and management system finished at State Border Guard Service (SBGS).

Alna Business Solutions, a business process consultancy, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) implementation, and maintenance company implemented this project.

Integrated financial accounting and stock management system, consolidating the whole institution financial data, is implemented in all SBGS departments. Developed on the basis of Microsoft Dynamics AX and meeting the budget institutions accounting requirements, this system covered budget, finance, fixed assets, stock accounting, procurement public control, and payroll accounting. Financial accounting system is integrated with inner systems used by state institutions and the office.  

Currently more that 100 SBGS specialists already work with Microsoft Dynamics AX system.
