Information and processes management system DocLogix has been implemented in Trakai district municipality. In order to make municipality’s work more effective and to develop municipality e-government services system in computer networks, the municipality decided to automate document management processes and to implement task management and control system. 

Trakai Municipality announced a bid regarding acquisition of information and processes management system.  Alna Business Solutions won the bid due to its experience in implementing similar projects, which have been successfully tailored for Lithuanian companies and several municipalities, as well as due to good quality and competitive price of the system.

This project will be implemented in three months and more than 80 municipality employees will be able to use the system. In order to achieve close cooperation with the district community considerable attention is paid to automated control of tasks delegated to municipality workers.
