Payroll and HR Management System is a fully integrated Microsoft Dynamics NAV add-on that automates the payroll processing, HR administration and time/absence management of a company. The system has been developed to provide companies with an efficient, flexible and cost-saving tool for management of labour efficiencies and control of labour related costs. The system due to its rich and flexible functionality fully fulfils the requirements of many industries, including telecommunications, utilities, manufacturing, the public sector, financial services and others.

Our Payroll and HR Management System is fully integrated with Microsoft Navision, providing users with far more integration advantages than just a standard exchange of data, thus increasing the efficiency and flexibility of the entire ERP system. Functioning on the same platform and within the same database, where data input is required only once, add-on provides a full range of financial analysis possibilities.

Payroll and HR Management System operates within the common Microsoft Dynamics NAV interface, allowing seamless product adoption by users.

The add-on is registered by Microsoft, which allows the provision of fast product adoption to the new version of Microsoft Dynamivs NAV, as well as support and maintenance services for the entire ERP system by the professionals from Alna Business Solutions.

The system allows for the efficient management of the payroll and HR administration functions and substantially reduces the costs of such activities in-house.
