Implementation of a video conference system for the Permanent Representative Office of Lithuania in EU Customer

Challenge
Now that Lithuania has become a member state of the European Union, the
country’s Government needs to maintain regular communication with its
Permanent Representative Office in Brussels. Both the members of the
Government and the Permanent Office employees frequently commute from
Vilnius to Brussels and back, thus spending a lot of time and financial
resources and yet not always being able to make decisions in an
expedient way. Thus, the challenge for us was to develop a solution
that would increase the efficiency of joint work between the Permanent
Representative Office of Lithuania in the E.U. and the Government of
the Republic of Lithuania.
Solution
Alna Intelligence proposed a video conference system aimed at providing
the customer with the possibility of arranging remote on-line meetings
and facilitating the process of making decisions of governmental
importance. A modern video conference station was installed, along with
audio recording and video projecting equipment and communication lines.
Customer benefit
The video conference system proposed and implemented by Alna
Intelligence at the Permanent Representative Office of Lithuania in the
E.U. and the Office of the Government increased work efficiency of
these institutions and allowed them to save considerable amounts of
