Implementation of a telecommunications network at Maxima Bazė Customer
VP Market is the largest, most rapidly growing and most effectively-operated retailer in Lithuania.
Challenge
VP Market was constructing the Maxima Bazė complex of offices, sales
space and warehouses at a time when, in relation to its size, there
were no equivalents in Lithuania. The challenge was to implement a
telecommunications infrastructure for this vast complex which would
satisfy the business needs of the rapidly growing company.
Solution
Alna Intelligence specialists designed and implemented a
telecommunications network cabling infrastructure and installed the
local area network equipment. Correct and diligent design and
implementation of the infrastructure was crucial, because of the
simultaneously ongoing construction and finishing work of the entire
complex. The work principles applied during the project implementation
were further successfully adopted by Alna Intelligence in executing
telecommunications network implementation projects for other VP Market
supermarkets, such as Akropolis and Ermitažas in Vilnius and Hyper
Maxima in Klaipėda.
